Born April 11th in Aichi prefecture, Yoshihiro Narisawa is the owner chef of 'Les Créations de NARISAWA' in Aoyama, Tokyo. Under the theme of 'Sustainable Gastronomy' he creates dishes that encourage us to appreciate the natural environment. His ideas are expressed through dishes such as 'Soil' soup and 'Water' salad. His message of natural regeneration is highly acclaimed in many gastronomic congresses around the world. He was also chosen by the international press as one of the world’s most influential chefs at madridfusión in January 2011.
